The Challenge

The Burbank Chamber is the hub of the city's business community — nearly every local owner, entrepreneur, and civic leader passes through its doors. But the brand, website, and communications weren't keeping pace with the community it served. Member content was underutilized, social channels felt disconnected from the site, and there was no unified voice carrying the Chamber's identity across touchpoints. A fresh, cohesive presence was needed to match the Chamber's ambition.

Our Approach

We partnered with CEO Jamie Keyser Thomas to rebuild the Chamber's presence end to end — a new identity, a new website, a recurring marketing and social program, print and event collateral, and member engagement materials built on our GrowFlow framework. Instead of one-off deliverables, we set up a compounding system: weekly cadence, consistent visual language, and content that amplifies members as much as it promotes the Chamber itself.

The Result

A cohesive brand system that carries from the website to every social post, email, and flyer. Member highlights are tracking well. Social engagement got what Jamie called a "BIG hit." Marketing and promotional strategies have been elevated across the board — and the partnership continues as an active, multi-phase retainer.

The Chamber went from scattered communications to a unified, modern brand — and stayed.

What we delivered

Five channels. One system.

Website design & build

A modern, responsive site that reflects the Chamber's renewed identity and makes it easier for members and prospects to find what they need.

Brand identity system

Cohesive visual language — logo, typography, color, and layout rules — that carries from the site to every flyer, email, and social post.

Marketing strategy & email

A recurring program of member newsletters, event promotion, and campaign emails built on our GrowFlow framework for compounding engagement.

Social media content

Fresh graphics, post templates, and member highlight reels on a consistent cadence. What Jamie called the "BIG hit" — tracking well.

Print & event collateral

Printed materials that match the digital system — event programs, signage, flyers, and ceremonial materials that look like they belong to one Chamber.

Member engagement

Member-facing materials — spotlight content, political and advocacy pieces, and event collateral that amplifies members as much as the Chamber itself.
