Email marketing that sounds like you and respects your list.
We plan, design and write emails that look and sound like your organization, and we keep your list in good order. We do this today for the Burbank Chamber of Commerce as part of an ongoing marketing program.
What we do, and what it costs.
We handle newsletters, event promotion and campaign emails, from the template to the send, in the tool you already use. It is quoted per project. Our working example is the Burbank Chamber of Commerce's recurring program of member newsletters, event promotion and campaign emails.
Newsletters
A regular email your audience recognizes, with content planned around what is actually happening in your business or organization.
Event promotion
Announcements, reminders and sponsor mentions, timed around the event and linked to the page where people RSVP or buy a ticket.
Campaign emails
One-off or short-run sends for an offer, an appeal or an announcement, with one clear thing to do next.
Templates that match your brand
Reusable layouts in your colors, type and voice, so an email looks like it came from the same place as your website.
List hygiene and consent
Remove bad addresses and duplicates, keep opt-outs out, and note where each group of contacts came from.
The tool you already use
If you already have an email platform, such as Mailchimp, we work in it. No need to switch unless it is failing you.
CAN-SPAM, and how we handle it.
These points come from the FTC's CAN-SPAM compliance guide (opens in a new tab). It applies to business-to-business email too, penalties apply per email, and hiring someone to send for you doesn't remove your own responsibility. This is a practical summary, not legal advice.
| The FTC says | What we do on every send |
|---|---|
| Headers must be accurate | The From and Reply-To details identify your business. |
| Subject lines can't deceive | The subject reflects what is in the email, even when a more dramatic one might get more opens. |
| Disclose that it's an ad | Promotional messages are identified clearly. Ask your attorney if you are unsure how this applies to you. |
| Include a valid postal address | Your current physical postal address goes in the template, so it can't be left out. |
| Offer a clear way to opt out | An easy unsubscribe link that keeps working after the send. |
| Honor opt-outs within 10 business days | We use your email tool's suppression list, so people who opted out stay out, including when a new list is imported. |
What you won't see here.
You won't find open rates, list sizes or revenue claims on this page, because we don't have figures we can publish and we won't make them up. When we work together, we report what your email tool records.
Email also works better with the rest of your marketing. We can connect it to your website, your social media and your brand design.
Looking for an address like you@yourcompany.com? That is a different service. Professional Email starts at $6 a month per user on our hosting plans.

Straight answers.
Email marketing is quoted per project, and we don't publish a package price. The cost depends on how often you send, how many templates you need and whether we write the copy. You get a written quote before any work starts.
No, we can work in the tool you already use, such as Mailchimp. If you don't have one yet, we will talk through options based on your list and how you plan to send. Any subscription is paid directly to that provider.
Under CAN-SPAM, ordinary marketing email works on an opt-out basis, but we still recommend mailing only people who asked to hear from you. The FTC's compliance guide sets out the US rules. Other laws can apply if you email people elsewhere, so check with your attorney for legal advice.
Yes, the FTC says the law makes no exception for business-to-business email. That means emails to other companies need the same honest headers, postal address and opt-out as any other marketing email. Read the FTC's guide.
We don't promise open rates, clicks or revenue, because results depend on your list, your offer and how inbox providers treat your mail. We do report what your email tool records, in plain language, and we use it to decide what to change.
We need access to your email tool or your contact list, your brand assets, and a sense of what you want to send over the next few months. It also helps to know where your contacts came from, since that shapes how we treat the list.
