SEO that starts with how your site actually works.
We find what is holding your site back in search, fix it, and show you the work every month using your own Search Console data. We build and host websites too, so the fixes don't stop at a list of recommendations.
What SEO services include.
SEO services make it easier for search engines to find, understand and show your pages, and easier for visitors to act once they arrive. Ours cover the technical base, on-page content, local visibility and monthly reporting. No one can guarantee rankings, and we won't.
Eleven kinds of work, and how you can check each one.
You shouldn't have to take SEO on faith. Most of this can be checked without us, using free Google tools or by looking at your own site.
| Work | What we do | How you can check it |
|---|---|---|
| Technical SEO | Fix indexing, redirect, canonical, broken link and sitemap problems so search engines can reach the pages that matter. | The page indexing report in Search Console. |
| On-page SEO | Page titles, meta descriptions, headings and copy that say plainly what each page offers. | Open a page and read its title and headings. |
| Local SEO | Consistent business details across your site and listings, plus your Google Business Profile. | Search for your business on Google Maps. |
| Content architecture | Decide which page owns which topic, so your pages support each other instead of competing. | The page map we share with you. |
| Website performance | Lighter images and scripts, and faster first loads on phones. | Google's PageSpeed Insights tool. |
| Keyword research | Find the words customers actually search with, and look at who else competes for them. | The keyword list we share with you. |
| Internal linking | Link related pages so people and crawlers can reach important pages in a few clicks. | Click from your homepage to a key page. |
| Structured data | Schema markup that describes your business and matches what the page visibly says. No invented ratings. | Google's Rich Results Test. |
| Google Search Console | Set it up under your account, submit the sitemap and watch for errors. | Sign in. The data is yours. |
| Search performance reporting | A monthly report covering what changed, what we did and what comes next. | Compare it with Search Console directly. |
| Conversion-focused SEO | Make sure the page a visitor lands on leads somewhere: a call, a form, a quote or a purchase. | Land on the page on your phone and try it. |

What happens in month one.
The order matters. There's little point writing new content if search engines can't reach the pages you already have.
- Access
See your real data
We connect to your Google Search Console and Business Profile, under your own accounts, and note where things stand today so later changes have something to be compared against.
- Audit
Check the technical base
Indexing, redirects, broken links, canonical tags, the sitemap, mobile layout and load time. Problems here can hold back everything else, so they get looked at first.
- Research
Match pages to searches
Keyword research and a look at who you actually compete with, then a simple map of which page should answer which search, and where a page is missing.
- Fix
Start on the highest-value work
The first technical fixes and on-page changes, chosen by likely impact. You get a plain report that says what we did, what we found and what comes next.
After month one: the work settles into a rhythm of on-page changes, technical fixes and a monthly performance report. How much gets done in a month depends on your site and your plan, so we set the scope in writing before we start.
Four offers, with the prices out in the open.
The three monthly services are add-ons on our hosting plans, which start at $25 a month, so take one, two or all three. The setup add-on is part of a new build, and you can price it in our cost calculator.

- Guaranteed rankings. We don't control Google's results, and neither does anyone who says they do.
- Invented ratings or reviews in your markup. Structured data should describe what is really on the page.
- Pages for places you don't serve. They add clutter and mislead the people who land on them.
- Reports full of numbers with no explanation. You should be able to tell what was done and why it was worth doing.

Straight answers.
No, and no one can honestly guarantee rankings, because Google decides what it shows and results keep changing. What we can commit to is the work itself: the fixes, the pages and a monthly report that shows what was done and what Search Console recorded.
SEO Management starts at $99 a month, Google Business Profile Management at $49 a month and Blog & Content Writing at $149 a month. For a new build, the one-time SEO setup add-on is $800. If your site needs more than the starting scope covers, we will say so and quote it before any work starts.
We can't give you a fixed date, because it depends on the state of your site, your competition and how much useful content you publish. What you can expect from us is dated progress: fixes completed, pages improved and month-over-month Search Console data you can read yourself.
Generally yes: our monthly SEO, Google Business Profile and blog services are sold as add-ons on our hosting plans, which start at $25 a month. If your site lives somewhere else, including on Wix, tell us on the first call and we will say plainly whether we can do the work and how we would quote it.
SEO setup is a one-time $800 add-on for a new build, and SEO Management is ongoing monthly work. Setup covers schema markup, an XML sitemap and Google Business Profile setup. Management covers keyword and competitor research, on-page changes, technical fixes and a monthly performance report.
You should, and that is how we recommend setting them up. We ask for access to your accounts rather than running them under ours, so the data and the listing stay with your business if you ever stop working with us.
Yes, we work across Burbank and greater Los Angeles, and we take remote projects across the US. Local SEO depends on real addresses and real service areas, so we won't build pages for towns you don't actually serve. Our local SEO guide shows how we think about it.
Yes, SEO Management includes work for Google and for AI search tools such as Perplexity and ChatGPT, and we don't promise placement in any of them. The foundations are largely the same. Our AI search optimization page explains what is different and how we monitor it.
